8:30 a.m. Depart Algonquin Regional High School, Bartlett St., Northborough, MA, via charter motorcoach for New York City Note: Brief rest stop en route Approximately

1:00 p.m. Anticipated time of arrival in New York area. Proceed directly to Sheraton Meadowlands, 2 Meadowlands Plaza, East Rutherford, NJ 201-896-0500. Upon arrival Check into hotel. Note: A request for early check-in has been made. It is possible that some rooms may not be available.

2:45 p.m. Board coaches. Depart for festival performance site at Chatham High School, 255 Lafayette Avenue, Chatham, NJ Approximately

3:45 p.m. Arrive performance site. Register with festival personnel and proceed as directed.

4:15/4:45 p.m. Concert Band AA warm-up/performance

5:45/6:15 p.m. Concert Band Jr. High Middle Note: Provisions will be made for independent dinner in area.

8:45/9:15 p.m. Jazz Ensemble A warm-up/performance Jazz Ensemble AA warm-up/performance Upon conclusion Load instruments on coaches. Return to hotel.

May 8 Saturday

9:00 a.m. Breakfast at hotel.

10:00 a.m. Depart hotel for Festival Awards Ceremony at Chatham High School

11:00 Noon At Awards Ceremony

Noon Board coaches. Depart for Battery Park.

1:00 p.m. Arrive Battery Park. Board ferry for Statue of Liberty Island.

1:30 - 2:30 p.m. At Statue of Liberty Island

2:45 p.m. Board ferry. Depart for Ellis Island.

3:00 - 4:15 p.m. At Ellis Island

4:30 p.m. Board ferry. Return to Battery Park. 5:00 p.m. Board coaches. Depart for South Street Seaport. Note: Brief stop at Ground Zero will be made en route.

5:30 - 6:45 p.m. Free time at South Street Seaport

6:45 p.m. Board coaches. Depart for Tutto Bene, 700 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 201-617-1144

7:30 - 8:45 p.m. Dinner at Tutto Bene After dinner Return to coach. Return to hotel.

May 9 Sunday

8:00 a.m. Breakfast at hotel.

9:00 a.m. Hotel check out. Chaperones are requested to collect room keys and return to the front desk. Load baggage on coaches

9:30 a.m. Board coaches. Depart for New York City. Proceed directly to Madame Tussaud's, 234 West 42nd Street (between 7th & 8th Avenues) 10:00 12:15 p.m. at Madame Tussaud's

12:30 - 1:15p.m. Independent lunch in theatre district.

1:15 p.m. "Rent" ticket holders (28 participants) proceed to Nederlander Theatre, 208 West 41st Street 2:00 4:45 p.m. at Broadway performance of "Rent"

2:15 p.m. "Thoroughly Modern Millie" ticket holders (56 participants) proceed to Marquis Theatre, 1535 Broadway @ 46th Street Continued on page three -3- 3:00 5:35 p.m. at Broadway performance of "Thoroughly Modern Millie"

After performances Board coaches. Depart for home Note: Rest and independent meal stop en route.
